Drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman may face murder charges for being involved in killing six Americans and a DEA agent within a nine-week span in late 1984 after a former Mexican police officers came forward detailing their deaths and how the kingpin “likes to cut the people,” a report stated.
